Night Vision (NVG) Non-Lethal Full Mission Profile Event

The Full Mission Profile (FMP) is a Night Vision Goggle (NVG) training event focusing on the required skills, tactics, equipment and the individuals role to reach a common goal. The FMP NVG course will begin with an overview of:

• NVG operations (NVG's, helmets and carbines available for rent)
• Mission Planning
• Team Communication
• Exterior Team Movement
• Approach to the Objective
• Perimeter Security
• Close Quarters Tactics (CQT)
• Entry Techniques
• Building Search
• Room Entry
• Hostage Rescue
• Personnel Recovery Ops
• Exfil the Objective

Students will progress into team exercises and assessment with non-lethal force on paper scenarios. The course will end with FMP's done for each final exercise.  As the scenario progresses, the integration of the missions will build on each other to form a more detailed and comprehensive operation that meets the training needs of each participating student.

Students will participate in a FMP mission brief covering MLCOA and MDCOA and mission intent. Students will conduct a covert NVG vehicle insert to initial rally point 1 where the team will initiate a foot patrol across open terrain clearing scenarios and challenges along the way to the objective. Teams will use learned skills and tactics to approach, enter, clear and secure the objective across the following scenarios:

• Diplomatic Security Hostage Rescue
• Child Exploitation Personnel Recovery Mission

This is a non-ballistic force on force reality-based training event. This is not a basic course and attendance to this course requires the student to possess the following equipment:

• Carbine (NO AMMO OR MAGAZINES ARE REQUIRED)
• Sling
• IR Laser Aiming Device
• NVG's
• Helmet and supporting equipment
• Equipment can be rented for an additional fee upon request
• Chest rig or body armor
• Semi-automatic handgun  (NO AMMO OR MAGAZINES ARE REQUIRED)
• Holster Designed for that weapon
• Clear Eye Protection with side shields
• Hearing protection
• Closed toed footwear
• Appropriate clothing for the weather
• Headgear is recommended
• Chair
• Water / Fluids
• Lunch and a snack; we will not depart the training facility for lunch.

• Principles of Close Quarters Tactics
• Exterior Clears
• Threshold Stacking
• Threshold Exterior Clearing
• Room Entry
• Room Clearing
• Hallways
• T Shape Hallways
• Shoot – Don’t Shoot Scenarios
• Force on Force Scenarios (Students will participate in force on force reality based training scenarios)
• Students will receive one on one instructor to student assessment and group assessment and evaluation

Course Fee is $350.00 (No refunds or credits will be granted for missed classes unless a 72-hour notification is provided)
