RED ZONE WORKOUT

Let's train as a group and inspire better performance through collaboration and training

This is a free recurring members only physical fitness workout event. Attendees will participate in individual high volume physical fitness training, running and exercises conducive to and support of firearms and tactics performance.  THIS IS NOT A SHOOTING EVENT

Participation in training requires exercises and tests of physical agility, physical excursion, rapid heart rate in which the attendee assumes full responsibility for his/her own safety.

All attendees MUST acknowledge the Release of Liability Waiver and Safety Brief prior to registering.
