About the Event

This is our premier Officer Survival Carbine Course. This course is a patrol carbine instructional and assessment event addressing the critical skills every officer must know. Attendees will complete critical skills drills and one on one assessment, reloading for time and efficiency, identifying and clearing malfunctions expediently and engaging multiple targets as well as imminent threat and close contact drills. Attendees will receive instruction on unconventional shooting positions and fighting from and around the patrol vehicle.

Students are required to bring a semi-automatic carbine, three magazines, sling and 250 rounds of ammunition, a semi-auto handgun, holster designed for that handgun, three magazines, magazine pouch, 50 rounds of ammunition, duty gear and soft or hard body armor. Students need to bring eye and ear protection, water, a snack if needed and lunch. A working lunch will be taken at the range.

Cost:$275.00 has been waived.

Participation in training requires exercises and tests of physical agility, physical excursion, rapid heart rate, unconventional shooting positions in which the attendee assumes full responsibility for his/her own safety and improper weapons handling skills.
