360 Shooter: Day & Low Light Critical Skills Carbine

This is an 8-hour training event covering day light and low light critical carbine skills focusing on individual performance, speed, efficiency and accuracy. Students will participate in group and individual shooting drills and individual assessments with direct interaction and training with an instructor. The course will address basic comprehension and use of the weapon system and obtain baseline times across critical assessment drills. These drills will be timed and reviewed and we will focus on weapons handling and performance to improve speed and efficiency. 

The 2nd portion of the class will move into low light critical skills carbine where the student will perform the same drills utlizing the rail mounted light in low light situations. Students will obtain day light and low light baseline times for continued self-improvement.

Step out of your comfort zone, push your training standards, compete with yourself and against other shooters.

All shooters need a carbine, sling, 3 magazines, duty belt or rig, 350 rounds of non-armor piercing green tip rounds and a mounted light source. Shooters are authorized to use NVG's and IR laser in the night shoot IF THE IR AIMING DEVICE IS ZEROED and properly SET UP.  (Only Full metal jacketed ammo i.e., 55 grain FMJ is permitted, NO GREEN TIP ARMOR PIERCING ROUNDS ), 3 magazines each, magazine pouches, belt and or plate carrier with triple mag pouch, associated gear, eye and clear ear protection and ammo. We will be shooting steel so you MUST have side shields on your eye protection. Please bring all needed gear and the ammo you possess.

Participation in training requires exercises and tests of physical agility, physical excursion, rapid heart rate, unconventional shooting positions in which the attendee assumes full responsibility for his/her own safety and improper weapons handling skills.

All attendees MUST acknowledge the Release of Liability Waiver and Safety Brief prior to registering and paying.

All attendees MUST RSVP and prepay by using the event tool.
